Terrace House

For this Terrace House project, DKG Construction partnered with the homeowners and design team to thoughtfully expand and modernize a classic 1900 Edwardian residence in San Francisco’s Lower Pacific Heights. To meet the needs of a growing family, we executed an expansion of the garage and upper levels while transforming the main floor and rear façade. Strategic structural work and the addition of new skylights, along with a relocated stair, allowed us to bring natural light deep into the home’s lowest level—creating a brighter, more functional living environment throughout.
